How do I create an account or sign in?

New users create an account with a name, email address, and password. Existing users sign in with their account. You must be signed in to save an order and reopen it later.

Which PDF can I upload, and what happens when I save it?

Choose a .pdf file from your device. It must start with a PDF header (%PDF-) and be no larger than 50 MB. Then enter the order details and save. After Foldtide confirms the save, your PDF and details are stored in your account. Uploading and saving do not print anything, and you do not need a printer, paper, or envelope to save an order.

What recipient details and mail preference do I save?

Enter the recipient’s name, street address, city, U.S. state or territory, and a 5-digit ZIP code with an optional +4. Apartment, suite, or unit is optional. You can prepare saved-order details from anywhere, but the destination must be in the U.S. Choose Standard Mail or Certified Mail as the saved preference. Neither choice sends mail.

How do I reopen a saved order?

After signing in, open Saved orders in your dashboard and select an order. Its detail page shows the saved PDF filename, recipient, and mail preference, and includes a Download PDF control. Orders are stored in the signed-in owner’s account.

Does saving an order pay for or send physical mail?

Accepted Answer

Foldtide’s current flow saves order details only. It does not quote a price or take payment, print the PDF, dispatch physical mail, or provide Certified Mail tracking. A Standard Mail or Certified Mail selection records a preference only; it does not place a mailing order.
